Edited all manuscripts for Ophthalmic Epidemiology medical journal, ensuring each contained standard scientific English and followed style guidelines. Cut turnaround rate for manuscripts more than 80% due to diplomatic enforcement of deadlines, clear communication, and improved processes.

Reviewed and edited documentation and code by team members, resulting in clearer, more error-free recording of project requirements and code descriptions. Individual editing was followed by in-depth review meetings, in which each correction and amendment was discussed and critiqued. Regularly sought out to contribute, respected as having very worthwhile input.

Coordinated educational computer lab and network and taught 150 correctional students at a state prison on a very low budget. Resolved attendance and disciplinary issues with inmate students.
