  • Edited all manuscripts for Ophthalmic Epidemiology medical journal, ensuring each contained standard scientific English and followed style guidelines. Cut turnaround rate for manuscripts more than 80% due to diplomatic enforcement of deadlines, clear communication, and improved processes.
  • Reviewed and edited documentation and code by team members, resulting in clearer, more error-free recording of project requirements and code descriptions. Individual editing was followed by in-depth review meetings, in which each correction and amendment was discussed and critiqued. Regularly sought out to contribute, respected as having very worthwhile input.
  • Coordinated educational computer lab and network and taught 150 correctional students at a state prison on a very low budget. Resolved attendance and disciplinary issues with inmate students.
